Directions: Abstain from leisure, purposeless technology from Friday, July 23, to Friday July 30. Fill your time with constructive, Creative, purposeful things...

Don’ts: No txting, no cell phone, no video games, no tv, no computer, no internet, no movies, no mp3 players...etc. Nothing that is a time waster or time filler! (stop crying L)

Do’s: You may communicate through cell phones to parents or legal guardians, you may communicate through cell phones or email to your place of employment or potential place of employment. You may use computers to perform work related activities. You may use cars, coffee makers, dishwashers, microwaves...etc. J

Some other suggestions: Your local library is a great place to spend hours looking at really cool books about so many different things. The beach is a great place to meet up with friends and chill.
